  • Upon delivery of any such notice of objection the holders of the Series J Notes and the Company shall cooperate to promptly determine the correct Alternate Interest Rate and such correct Alternate Interest Rate shall be the applicable Alternate Interest Rate for such Series L Interest Period.

Series J Notes. This Note is one of the Company's 8.64% Series J Notes due July 1, 2004 (the "Series J Notes," such term to include any Series J Notes issued in exchange therefor or in replacement thereof), issued in the original aggregate principal amount of $10,000,000 pursuant to a Note Agreement (the "Note Agreement"), dated as of May 14, 1992, between the Company and certain institutional investors. The holder thereof is entitled to the benefits, and is subject to the provisions, of the Note Agreement and may enforce the agreements of the Company contained therein and exercise the remedies provided for thereby or otherwise available in respect thereof.
