Examples of Service Change Request in a sentence

  • Customer may request to control the activation of Black Holing using the Service Change Request Procedure.

  • In the event Genuity cannot determine price with certainty at the time of the initial Genuity Response, Genuity shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a good faith estimate of the pricing associated with a given Service Change Request, and shall provide firm pricing to Xxxx Atlantic as soon thereafter as practicable.

  • Appiant and Client may submit a Service Change Request provided the change is to be made within the scope of the current SOW and will not result in a change in fees to Client.

  • Any Customer requested updates, revisions, enhancements or changes in scope, Products, or price that are not provided for in Exhibit A must be documented in a Service Change Request (“SCR”) in the form attached as Exhibit B.

Related to Service Change Request

  • Change Request means a change request made in accordance with Section 4 below and in the form made available by SAP from time to time or included in the Order Form.

  • Access Service Request (ASR) means the industry standard form used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect trunks for the purposes of Interconnection.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.

  • Advisory Firm Letter means a letter, that has been prepared by the Advisory Firm used by the Corporation in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, which states that the relevant Schedules, notices or other information to be provided by the Corporation to the Members, along with all supporting schedules and work papers, were prepared in a manner that is consistent with the terms of this Agreement and, to the extent not expressly provided in this Agreement, on a reasonable basis in light of the facts and law in existence on the date such Schedules, notices or other information were delivered by the Corporation to the Members.

  • Program change means any elimination, curtailment or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program or school operation or a reorganization or closing of a school or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.

  • Work request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.

  • Value engineering change proposal (VECP means a proposal that--

  • Local Service Request or "LSR" means the industry standard forms and supporting documentation used for ordering local services.

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.

  • Scope Change means any change to the scope of a contract to accommodate a need not originally provided for in the contract and which may include the acquisition of additional deliverables or the extension of the term of the contract and which may require an adjustment to the contract price;

  • decision notice means a written notice of a decision by the Department regarding an individual's eligibility for benefits in a program.

  • Benchmark Modification or Cessation Event means, in respect of the Benchmark any of the following has occurred or will occur:
