Service Charge Element definition

Service Charge Element means, in respect of a call to an Unbundled Tariff Number retailed to a
Service Charge Element. £ (this is set out in the schedule attached and will be notified to you on a yearly basis by way of a Notification of Rent Charges.

Examples of Service Charge Element in a sentence

  • B1.28 For the purpose of calculating and billing the Service Charge Element of the retail price for calls to Unbundled Tariff Numbers, the Communications Provider must ensure that it has systems able to accommodate up to one hundred (100) different Price Points.

  • B1.21 The retail price for a call to an Unbundled Tariff Number which is charged to a Consumer is the sum of: (a) the Access Charge Element; and (b) the Service Charge Element, subject to any special offers, discounts or call bundling arrangements which the Communications Provider offers to that Consumer.

  • The Access Charge Element and the Service Charge Element are added together to calculate the total charge of a call to an Unbundled Tariff Number.

  • As set out in paragraph 6.42.4, it is open to the CP to bundle, or otherwise discount, the Service Charge Element of specific Unbundled Tariff Numbers.

  • No provision is made in these paragraphs for the calculation of the Service Charge Element for a call made within a bundle – it will be calculated in accordance with paragraph 17.24(b) (see paragraph 6.42.4 above).

Related to Service Charge Element

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Enrollee point-of-service cost-sharing means amounts paid to

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Engineer-In-Charge (EIC means the Engineer officer authorised to direct, supervise and be In-charge of the works for the purpose of this contract who shall supervise and be in charge of the work.

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • FIXED CHARGE PER MONTH means the fixed charge per month payable by company which is inclusive of depreciation, parking fee if applicable, all applicable taxes & duties including VAT, insurances, wages and other emoluments of Operator/Driver(s) / Helper(s) /Jugalees and other operation staff/crew excluding GST.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;
