Service Element Prior Authorization definition

Service Element Prior Authorization or “SEPA” means the maximum amount of Service Element funding that ODHS will provide to County under this Agreement through eXPRS, and any Service Element associated special performance or other requirement. The SEPA is broken down by Service Element and may be amended from time to time by a SEPA Adjustment.

Examples of Service Element Prior Authorization in a sentence

  • Certain additional words and phrases are defined in the Service Element Standards and Procedures, in the special conditions of the Service Element Prior Authorization (SEPA), and in the Exhibit H Part 1 “Privacy and Security Agreement”.

  • When a word or phrase is defined in a particular Service Element Standards and Procedures, or special condition in the Service Element Prior Authorization, the word or phrase shall not necessarily have the ascribed meaning in any part of the Agreement other than the particular Service Element Standards and Procedures, or special condition in which it is defined.

  • Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.

  • Service Authorization means that Open Ecosystem Partner needs to meet specific qualification requirements for the products included in a “Service” Product Family that Open Ecosystem Partner wants to promote and offer Services for as set out in detail in the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.

  • Necessary preconstruction approvals or permits means those permits or approvals required under federal air quality control laws and regulations and those air quality control laws and regulations which are part of the applicable State Implementation Plan.

  • Multistate licensure privilege means a legal authorization associated with a multistate license permitting the practice of nursing as either a registered nurse (RN) or LPN/VN in a remote state.

  • Coordinated licensure information system means an integrated process for collecting, storing, and sharing information on nurse licensure and enforcement activities related to nurse licensure laws that is administered by a nonprofit organization composed of and controlled by licensing boards.

  • Special Approval means approval by a majority of the members of the Conflicts Committee.

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.

  • Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

  • CPUC Approval means a final and non-appealable order of the CPUC, without conditions or modifications unacceptable to the Parties, or either of them, which contains the following terms:

  • Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation means the “Base Flood Elevation” plus the “Freeboard”. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) have been determined, this elevation shall be the BFE plus two (2) feet of freeboard. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where no BFE has been established, this elevation shall be at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade.

  • Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.

  • Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;

  • Governmental Authorization means any permit, license, authorization, plan, directive, consent order or consent decree of or from any Governmental Authority.
