Service Increases definition

Service Increases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(b).

Examples of Service Increases in a sentence

  • The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that, except as may be expressly set forth herein as a Service (including any Additional Services, Service Increases or New Services) or otherwise expressly set forth in the Separation Agreement, another Ancillary Agreement or any other applicable agreement, no Provider or any member of its Group shall be obligated to provide, or cause to be provided, any service or goods to any Recipient or any member of its Group.

  • In addition, during the term of this Agreement, the amount of a Service Charge for any Services (or category of Services, as applicable) may increase to the extent of: (i) any increases mutually agreed to by the Parties, (ii) any Service Charges applicable to any Additional Services, Service Increases or New Services, and (iii) any increase in the rates or charges imposed by any unaffiliated third-party provider that is providing Services.

  • In connection with any request for Service Increases in accordance with this Section 2.03(b), the CBS Services Manager and the Radio Services Manager shall in good faith negotiate the terms of an amendment to the applicable Schedule, which amendment shall be consistent with the terms of, and the pricing methodology used for, the applicable Service.

  • Each amended Schedule, as agreed to in writing by the Parties, shall be deemed part of this Agreement as of the date of such agreement, and the Service Increases set forth therein shall be deemed a part of the “Services” provided under this Agreement, in each case subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, (a) CBS shall provide or cause to be provided to the Entercom Group the services listed on Schedule A to this Agreement (the “CBS Services”) and (b) Entercom shall provide or cause to be provided to the CBS Group the services listed on Schedule B to this Agreement (the “Radio Services,” and, collectively with the CBS Services, any Additional Services, any Service Increases and any New Services, the “Services”).

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, (a) Covidien shall provide or cause to be provided to the Mallinckrodt Group the services listed on Schedule A to this Agreement (the “Covidien Services”) and (b) Mallinckrodt shall provide or cause to be provided to the Covidien Group the services listed on Schedule B to this Agreement (the “Mallinckrodt Services,” and, collectively with the Covidien Services, any Additional Services, any Service Increases and any New Services, the “Services”).

  • Each amended Schedule, as agreed to in writing by the Parties, shall be deemed part of this Agreement as of the date of such agreement and the Service Increases set forth therein shall be deemed a part of the “Services” provided under this Agreement, in each case subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Each amendment to Schedule A, as agreed to in writing by the Parties, shall be deemed part of this Agreement and any changes to Services, Service Increases, unintentionally omitted services and/or New Services set forth therein shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Related to Service Increases

  • CPI Increase means the percentage increase in CPI over the preceding Lease Year as calculated by the fraction whose numerator is (a) the most current CPI available on the date of calculation minus (b) the most current CPI available on the first day of the immediately preceding Lease Year in question (the “Base CPI”), and whose denominator is the Base CPI, but in no event shall the “CPI Increase” be less than zero.

  • NEW SERVICE means a service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply we previously have not reviewed to determine if the service is eligible for coverage under this plan. NON-NETWORK PHARMACY is any pharmacy that has not entered into a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan.

  • Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.

  • Additional Service means any Services/Deliverables within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • General Wage Increase means a general wage increase resulting from the formula set out in this LOA and applied as a percentage increase to all wage rates in the collective agreement on the first pay day after the commencement of the eleventh (11th) month in a collective agreement year;

  • Additional Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Additional Compensation has the meaning set out in Section 13.3(1).

  • Incremental Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(c).

  • New Services Queue means all Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each six-month period ending on March 31 and September 30 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.

  • New Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

  • Leverage Increase Period has the meaning specified in Section 7.11(a).

  • Available Increase Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the result of (a) $50,000,000, minus (b) the aggregate principal amount of Increases to the Revolver Commitments previously made pursuant to Section 2.14 of this Agreement.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Increase Amount is defined in Section 2.3(a).
