Service Plan Price definition

Service Plan Price means the total price for Your Service Plan You pay in one payment or in equal monthly payments for the Coverage Period.

  • If You are paying the Service Plan Price in monthly payments and have not paid a Monthly Payment Amount that is due, Your Service Plan may be cancelled by Us effective as of the last day of the month in which the last Monthly Payment Amount was paid.

  • If this Service Plan is cancelled by Us for any reason other than nonpayment of the Service Plan Price, We shall refund You in an amount equal to 100% of the unearned purchase price, calculated on a pro rata basis based upon elapsed time, less any claims paid.
