Service Plan Price definition

Service Plan Price means the total price for Your Service Plan You pay in one payment or in equal monthly payments for the Coverage Period.

  • If You are paying the Service Plan Price in monthly payments and have not paid a Monthly Payment Amount that is due, Your Service Plan may be cancelled by Us effective as of the last day of the month in which the last Monthly Payment Amount was paid.

  • You may cancel Your Service Plan within the first ninety (90) days of purchase by either returning the Service Plan to the Retailer from whom You purchased it or mailing Your cancellation request to the Administrator at [P.O. Box 105687, Atlanta, GA 30348-5687] and receive a refund in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Service Plan Price, less the cost of any repairs made, except as otherwise required by law.

  • For Partial Payment Service Plans, You will be refunded the difference between the pro-rata Service Plan Price and the amount due and not paid by You.

  • The reinstatement fee shall be calculated on a pro rata basis of the Service Plan Price based on the number of elapsed days a) from sixty (60) days of Product purchased for initial Service Plan purchase, and b) from the expiration of previously purchased Service Plan for Service Plan renewal purchase.
