Service Price definition

Service Price is defined in Exhibit “B” to this Agreement.
Service Price means the price established under regulation 72;
Service Price means gross income from services performed by LICENSEE or its sublicensees using Licensed Products, Licensed Methods, or Licensed Copyrights, including gross income for support, maintenance, and repair services.

Examples of Service Price in a sentence

  • Mobility Service Terms, any applicable Service Specific Terms, any applicable Price Plan Guides and policies and guidelines are available to Customer on xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx.xx/xxxxx and shall be identified by Service, Price Plan or document name and date of publication.

  • You may need to pay an additional charge for these services, and those charges are listed in the Service Price list in Part V.

More Definitions of Service Price

Service Price means the price for each service specified in the Schedule;
Service Price means, in relation to a Mining Customer, the amount that would have been payable by the Mining Customer in accordance with the first two years of bills that would have been issued to the Mining Customer underRate Schedule 1823 for electricity service respecting an Applicable Mine, but for the application of this Supplement, while the Supplement applies to the Mining Customer;
