PRICE OF THE SERVICE. 3.1 The price of the Service shall be the relevant price at the time the Service is in use as stated in the Network Service Agreement, (or as otherwise agreed), and calculated using the details recorded by the Supplier. 3.2 Any applicable value added tax, or other taxes or duties are payable by the Customer in addition. 3.3 The Supplier shall be entitled to vary the tariff stated in the Network Service Agreement from time to time by providing not less than four weeks’ notice to its Customers. Such notice will be communicated via durable medium.

PRICE OF THE SERVICE. 3.1 The price of the Service shall be the relevant price at the time the Service is in use as stated in the costs calculator provided to the Customer with the Order, and which may be signed by the Customer to indicate their agreement to it (or as otherwise agreed), and calculated using the details recorded by the Supplier, but subject always to the remaining provisions of these Terms. 3.2 Additional Services will be charged at the Supplier’s applicable rates as at the point of supply, which the Customer will be notified of in advance via a durable medium. 3.3 Any applicable value added tax, or other taxes or duties, are payable by the Customer in addition. 3.4 The Supplier reserves the right on not less than one months’ notice to increase the charges for Services (including for the avoidance of doubt any Support Services) on an annual basis with effect from April of each year in line with the percentage increase in the Retail Prices Index in the preceding 12-month period for which figures have been made available by the Office for National Statistics (or since the last such price increase, if longer). 3.5 If the Customer is a Microenterprise or Small Enterprise Customer, or a Not-For-Profit Customer, the Customer may, following receipt of any proposed increase in the charges for the Services during the Minimum Term (other than any VAT or other tax increase, or where the price increase was set out in the original Order for the Services) terminate or withdraw from the Contract without penalty upon written notice to the Supplier.

Calls may be subject to a connection charge and/or rounding of thirty second increments dependent on the tariff provided. 3.2 Any applicable value added tax, import or export duties or other taxes or duties are payable by the Customer in addition. 3.3 The Supplier shall be entitled to vary the tariff stated in the Network Service Agreement from time to time by providing not less than one months’ notice to its Customers. Such notice to be posted upon the Supplier’s website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx 3.4 Included in the package may be free broadband for 12 months ( max 2 connections ). these will automatically be added to your bill from month 13 at £29.99 per service.

PRICE OF THE SERVICE. The price of the service is detailed in Appendix 3 of this present agreement. The price shall include: · an all-in implementation fee for the creation of the service, · a fixed commission for each addition or withdrawal of accounts; · a monthly operating fee, on a flat basis or proportional to the number of swept accounts; · where necessary: · a subscription for electronic account statement(s) including sweeps, · a monthly commission for each of the statements or services requested: · periodic statements of cumulative sweeps · Infra-group interest calculation, posting and reporting · Preparatory statement for Central Bank reporting · Daily intra-group loan The total invoice shall be charged to the account(s) held in the books of SOCIETE GENERALE GROUP’S BANK indicated in Appendix. The monthly operating commission can be invoiced to each PARTICIPATING COMPANY. The CONTRACTING BANK reserves the right to revise its prices. New prices will come into effect three months after notice to the INTERNATIONAL POOL LEADER. Where the INTERNATIONAL POOL LEADER fails to object within two months after notification, the INTERNATIONAL POOL LEADER shall be deemed to have approved the price revision.

PRICE OF THE SERVICE. ‌ 1. The parties have agreed that the Service Supplier is entitled to remuneration for performing the service pursuant to Article I EUR 450 per manday (8 manhours). The Service Supplier is also entitled to travel compensations and costs of accommodation relating to performance of the service up to CZK 14,000 for the period of the service existence converted by ČNB (Czech National Bank) exchange rate applicable as of the date of issuing of Expenses Claim Form. 2. The service shall not exceed 24 hours, i.e. 3 mandays. 3. The aforementioned amounts include all expenses and possible other costs, are final and cannot be exceeded. 4. The price of the service, travel compensations and costs of accommodation shall be paid in the Eurozone currency (EUR) based on invoice and Expenses Claim Form issued by the Service Supplier within 15 days from provable delivery of the invoice to the other party. The Service Supplier is obliged to send the invoice along with the records on the provided services. 5. The invoice and Expenses Claim Form shall be issued after providing the service. The Service Supplier is obliged to issue and deliver these documents to the Principal within fifteen days after the date of taxable supply. 6. The payment shall be made cashless into a bank account of the Service Supplier specified in the heading hereof. 7. If the invoice contains any defects preventing payment, the date of payment shall be postponed, and the invoice will be paid after removing such defects within the period agreed between the parties, however not less than 15 days.

PRICE OF THE SERVICE. The price for the services is as set out in the booking, subject to amendment in accordance with this agreement. If a fixed price for services has been agreed, this may be increased by an amount in accordance with out standard hourly rate at the relevant time for any delay or increase in the agreed hire period in the following circumstances: • Any delay caused by you or any passenger for any reason. • Any delay caused by severe traffic, congestion, accidents, weather conditions or any other cause outside our reasonable control. • Airport collection delays, where flight delay information has only been reported after the chauffeur has set out on his journey to the airport. • Any amount due from delays, will be added to, and form part of the price.
