Service Provider Policies definition

Service Provider Policies or ESP Policies means those policies adopted by the Charter Schools Office Director that apply to a Management Agreement. The Charter Schools Office Director may, at any time and at his or her sole discretion, amend the ESP Policies. Upon amendment, changes to the ESP Policies shall automatically be incorporated into this Contract and shall be exempt from the amendment procedures under Article IX of these Terms and Conditions.

  • In the event of any conflict between the terms and provisions of this Agreement and those of any Schedules and Appendices, as well as and Service Provider Policies, the terms and provisions of the Agreement shall govern and control over any conflicting provisions in the Schedules, Policies and Appendices unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Company Service Provider means a Company Employee, a Company Independent Contractor or a member of the Company Board.
