ESP Policies definition

ESP Policies means those policies adopted by the Charter Schools Office that apply to a Management Agreement. The Charter Schools Office Director may, at any time and at his or her sole discretion, amend the ESP Policies. The ESP Policies in effect as of this date are incorporated into and part of this Contract. Upon amendment, changes to the ESP Policies shall automatically be incorporated into this Contract and shall be exempt from the amendment procedures under Article IX of these Terms and Conditions.

Examples of ESP Policies in a sentence

  • Prior to entering any Management Agreement with an ESP, the Academy shall submit a copy of the final draft Management Agreement to the Charter Schools Office in a form and manner consistent with the ESP Policies.

  • The Charter Schools Office may, from time to time during the term of this Contract, amend the ESP Policies and the amended ESP Policies shall automatically apply to the Academy without the need for a Contract amendment under article IX of these Terms and Conditions.

Related to ESP Policies

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • R&W Policy means those certain buyer-side representations and warranties insurance policies purchased by Buyer in connection with this Agreement.

  • Mandatory Policies means the University’s policies listed in Schedule 3 (Mandatory Policies).

  • Group Policy /”policy” means the breakdown policy as set out in this document;

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • CSR Policy means the present Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of the Company, which covers the activities to be undertaken by the Company as specified in Schedule VII to the Act and the CSR Expenditure thereon.

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Shared Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).

  • Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • D&O Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • Company Policies means the Company policies and procedures in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, policies and procedures with respect to the Company’s “Regulatory Credit Classifications” (as defined in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on March 7, 2016 (the “Form 10-K”)), and as amended from time to time, and any credit risk policies and procedures in effect from time to time.

  • Business Travel Policy means our business travel policy. A copy of our current Business Travel Policy is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit B.

  • Risk Management Policy means the Risk Management Policy of the Borrower in effect on the date of this Agreement as amended from time to time.

  • Support Policy shall have the meaning given to it in the Support Terms (defined below).

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.
