Service Readiness definition

Service Readiness means in respect of any Plot Development or Commercial Building the stage at which the relevant ESCo Works have been completed in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement (including the completion of HIU commissioning in accordance with Good Industry Practice) so that the Connection can be completed and ESCo can provide the Heat Supply, [the Electricity Supply] and the ESCo Services to the Customers in accordance with the Framework Supply Agreement.
Service Readiness means existing end-to-end connection between the HKC’s network and a Subscriber’s premises;
Service Readiness means that all of the conditions precedent to permitting the commencement of passenger service of the Capital Line LRT South Extension that have not been waived by the City have been satisfied.

Examples of Service Readiness in a sentence

  • The City may refuse to issue the Certificate of Service Readiness if the Infrastructure does not permit successful completion of Operational Testing.

  • No longer than five Business Days from the successful completion of the City’s Operational Testing, the City shall issue the Certificate of Service Readiness, stating the Service Readiness Date.

  • Upon Design-Builder notifying the City that such further work or measures necessary or appropriate have been completed, the City shall within five Business Days of receipt of such notice resume Operational Testing and the provisions of Section 3.2 [Certification of Service Readiness] through to this Section 3.4 [Completion of Further Work for Service Readiness], inclusive, shall thereafter apply to such notice mutatis mutandis .

  • ServiceCo must achieve Service Readiness for a Stage by the relevant Date for Service Readiness for that Stage.

  • A Certificate of Service Readiness issued by the City will be final, provided, however, Design-Builder shall be entitled to refer to the Dispute Resolution Procedure a refusal of the City to issue a Certificate of Service Readiness.

  • ServiceCo must satisfy all Service Readiness Criteria in accordance with the Service Readiness Schedule before ServiceCo achieves Service Readiness for a Stage.

  • If FACS issues a notice under clause 15.6(a)(ii), the process in clauses 15.2 to 15.5 will commence again in respect of those outstanding Service Readiness Criteria set out in FACS' notice.

  • To the extent that ServiceCo provides a proposed updated Dwellings Schedule in connection with satisfying the Service Readiness Criteria and FACS approves that Dwellings Schedule (Updated Dwellings Schedule), the Dwellings Schedule will be deemed to be deleted and replaced with the Updated Dwellings Schedule on and from that time.

  • The issuance of a Certificate of Service Readiness shall be without prejudice to and shall not in any way limit the rights and obligations of the Parties under and in accordance with this Agreement.

Related to Service Readiness

  • Make-Ready Work means all work performed or to be performed to prepare AT&T-22STATE’s Conduit Systems, Poles or Anchors and related Facilities for the requested occupancy or attachment of CLEC’s Facilities. Make-Ready Work includes, but is not limited to, clearing obstructions (e.g., by rodding Ducts to ensure clear passage), the rearrangement, transfer, replacement, and removal of existing Facilities on a Pole or in a Conduit System where such work is required solely to accommodate CLEC’s Facilities and not to meet AT&T-22STATE’s business needs or convenience. Make-Ready Work may require “dig ups” of existing Facilities and may include the repair, enlargement or modification of AT&T-22STATE’s Facilities (including, but not limited to, Conduits, Ducts, Handholes and Manholes) or the performance of other work required to make a Pole, Anchor, Conduit or Duct usable for the initial placement of CLEC’s Facilities.

  • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:

  • Service Drop means a cable that, by its design, capacity and relationship to other cables of the Company, can be reasonably considered to be for the sole purpose of connecting backbone of the Equipment to not more than one individual customer or building point of presence or property;

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that can measure energy consumption, providing more information than a conventional meter, and can transmit and receive data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • Launch Vehicle means an object, or any part thereof, intended for launch, launched from Earth, or returning to Earth which carries Payloads or persons, or both.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Service Window means the time periods during the Service Period during which the Provider agrees to make Available, and provide in accordance with this Agreement, the Flexibility Services to the Company, as defined in Schedule 1;

  • Ancillary service means a supplemental service that supports the diagnosis or treatment of the patient’s condition. Examples include diagnostic testing or screening services and rehabilitative services such as physical or occupational therapy.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Load means energy consumed by Customers together with allocated losses and unaccounted for energy;

  • Clock hour means either of the following:

  • service well means a well drilled or completed for the purpose of supporting production in an existing field. Wells in this class are drilled for the following specific purposes: gas injection (natural gas, propane, butane or flue gas), water injection, steam injection, air injection, salt water disposal, water supply for injection, observation or injection for combustion.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP) is a telephone central office switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Service Desk means the single point of entry for all Service Tickets and Service Requests which can be accessed over the phone, by email or via our portal.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Service/s has the meaning set forth in letter D. of the Preamble.

  • Loading Port means the port of Port Hedland or if iron ore is not shipped, or is not shipped from that port, then such port (which may include the port of Port Hedland) as the Minister may determine for the purpose of this definition;

  • Service Outage means an instance when the Customer is unable to route traffic to one or more Customer Sites via the Network, which results in Service Downtime;

  • Rack means a mechanism for delivering motor vehicle fuel or diesel from a refinery or terminal into a truck, trailer, railroad car, or other means of non-bulk transfer.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Voyage means a voyage from the port of departure to the next following port of call whether or not it is the ultimate destination of the vessel.62
