Service Regions definition

Service Regions means the service regions, as established by the Utah State University board of trustees, for:
Service Regions means (i) the BTAs, MSAs and RSAs listed on Schedule 3.14 (excluding any areas in which Alamosa Delaware and its Restricted Subsidiaries have ceased to provide service with the consent of the Required Lenders) and (ii) any other geographic areas with respect to which Alamosa Delaware or its Restricted Subsidiaries acquire Licenses (or rights to exploit Licenses substantially equivalent to the rights granted in the Sprint Agreements) after the date hereof in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Service Regions. (i) the BTAs, MSAs and RSAs listed on Schedule 1.1 (excluding any areas in which the Borrower and its Subsidiaries have ceased to provide service with the consent of the Required Lenders (which consent will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed)) and (ii) any other areas with respect to which the Borrower or its Subsidiaries acquire Licenses (or rights to exploit Licenses substantially equivalent to the rights granted in the Sprint Agreements) after the date hereof in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of Service Regions in a sentence

  • During periods in which supply is sufficient, the ASMP for a particular Ancillary Service type and Ancillary Services Region is then the sum of the Ancillary Services Shadow Prices for the specific type of Ancillary Service and all the other types of Ancillary Services for which the subject Ancillary Service can substitute, as described in Section 8.2.3.5, for the given Ancillary Service Region and all the other Ancillary Service Regions that include that given Ancillary Service Region.

  • ASMPs for an Ancillary Service type will not sum these Shadow Prices across Ancillary Service Regions, if there is insufficient supply for the Ancillary Service type in both the Expanded System Region and an Ancillary Service Sub-Region.

  • Payments to Scheduling Coordinators with AS Awards shall be equal to the ASMP calculated as provided in Section 27.1.2 for each Ancillary Service for the applicable trading hour in which the capacity is procured multiplied by the quantity of the capacity awarded for the Ancillary Service in each of the Ancillary Service Regions for the applicable trading hour in which the capacity is procured.

  • For each of the Ancillary Services, the CAISO shall determine the quantity and location of the Ancillary Service which is required using Ancillary Service Regions as described in Section 8.3.3. For each of the Ancillary Services, the CAISO shall determine the required locational dispersion in accordance with CAISO Controlled Grid reliability requirements.

  • There are two Ancillary Service Regions and eight Ancillary Service Sub-Regions.

  • If credits will be transferred from a Uniform State Service Region which does not have enough qualified Applications to meet its regional credit distribution amount, then those credits will be apportioned to the other Uniform State Service Regions.

  • If the CAISO considers adjusting the boundaries of the existing Ancillary Service Regions or creating a new Ancillary Service Region, the CAISO will conduct an analysis to determine whether the adjustments being considered create market power issues in either the new Ancillary Service Regions being considered or the pre-existing Ancillary Service Regions.

  • If a Contractor is operating in two (2) or more contiguous Service Regions, the Contractor may establish one (1) central business office for all Service Regions.

  • This business office must be centrally located within the contiguous Service Regions and in a location accessible for foot and vehicle traffic.

More Definitions of Service Regions

Service Regions means (i) the BTAs, MSAs and RSAs or any FCC recognized paging service area (including any partitioned area thereof) with respect to which the Borrower or the Subsidiaries have Licenses as of the date hereof and (ii) any other geographic areas with respect to which the Borrower or the Subsidiaries acquire Licenses after the date hereof in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, excluding any areas in which the Borrower and the Subsidiaries have ceased to provide service.
Service Regions. Metro North, North, San Xxxx, Northeast, West and Virtual Regions
Service Regions means any geographic areas with respect to which the Borrower or its Subsidiaries hold, or have the right to use, Licenses, excluding any areas in which the Borrower and its Subsidiaries have ceased to provide service.

Related to Service Regions

  • Primary service area means that area within a five (5) mile radius from any imaging center owned, operated or managed by Administrator, Parent or their Affiliates for which the Group provides professional Radiology services or any hospital at which on-site professional Radiology services are then provided by Physician Employee(s) or Physician Extender Employee(s) of the Group.

  • Service Animal means an animal that is required by a person with a disability for assistance and is certified, in writing, as having been trained by a professional service animal institution to assist a person with a disability and which is properly harnessed in accordance with standards established by a professional service animal institution.

  • Food service establishment means a fixed or mobile restaurant, coffee shop, cafeteria, short order cafe, luncheonette, grill, tearoom, sandwich shop, soda fountain, tavern, bar, cocktail lounge, nightclub, drive-in, industrial feeding establishment, private organization serving the public, rental hall, catering kitchen, delicatessen, theater, commissary, food concession, or similar place in which food or drink is prepared for direct consumption through service on the premises or elsewhere, and any other eating or drinking establishment or operation where food is served or provided for the public. Food service establishment does not include any of the following:

  • Planned Service Interruption means a Service Interruption that has been scheduled to occur in accordance with Schedule 5;
