Servicing Amount definition

Servicing Amount. The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) unreimbursed Advances and (iii) unreimbursed Servicing Advances.
Servicing Amount means, in respect of an Interest Period, an amount in euro in relation to any Issuer Expenses which are payable by the Issuer to the Servicer on the relevant Interest Payment Date as notified by the Issuer (or the Transaction Manager on behalf of the Issuer) to the Swap Counterparty.
Servicing Amount means the lesser of (i) $12.112 million, or (ii) the ----------------- product of the Revised Basis Points times the unpaid principal balance of the Loans in the Servicing Portfolio as of May 31, 2000.

Servicing Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, for each Mortgage Loan, the product of the aggregate outstanding Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date and 1/12th of the applicable Servicing Fee.

Related to Servicing Amount

  • Period Servicing Amount means, for any twelve month period with respect to each of the Shared-Loss Agreements during which the loss-sharing provisions of the applicable Shared-Loss Agreement are in effect, the product of (i) the simple average of the principal amount of Shared-Loss Loans and Shared-Loss Assets (other than the Shared-Loss Securities) (in each case as defined in the Shared-Loss Agreements), as the case may be, at the beginning of such period and at the end of such period times (ii) one percent (1%).

  • Cumulative Servicing Amount means the sum of the Period Servicing Amounts for every consecutive twelve-month period prior to and ending on the True-Up Measurement Date in respect of each of the Shared-Loss Agreements during which the loss- sharing provisions of the applicable Shared-Loss Agreement is in effect.

  • Excess Servicing Fees With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan), that portion of the Servicing Fee that accrues at a per annum rate equal to the Excess Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Subservicing Fee As to any Mortgage Loan, the fee payable monthly to the related Subservicer (or, in the case of a Nonsubserviced Mortgage Loan, to the Master Servicer) in respect of subservicing and other compensation that accrues at an annual rate equal to the excess of the Mortgage Rate borne by the related Mortgage Note over the rate per annum designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "CURR NET" for such Mortgage Loan.
