Settlement Administrative Costs definition

Settlement Administrative Costs means the taxes, fees and expenses that the Court approves for payment from, or are otherwise permitted to be paid from, the Settlement Fund pursuant to the Settlement Agreement.
Settlement Administrative Costs means the amount to be paid to the Claims Administrator (except for attorneys’ fees and costs and expenses of Class Counsel), including the costs of all notices, as set forth in Section V.H. of this Settlement Agreement and its subsections, which shall be borne solely by Foot Locker, separate from the Settlement Consideration.

  • Administration Charge means a charge established in accordance with Chapter 90.50A RCW and Chapter 173-98 WAC, to be used to pay Ecology’s cost to administer the State Revolving Fund by placing a percentage of the interest earned in an Administrative Charge Account.
