Forms of Notice definition

Forms of Notice means any material that will be sent or disseminated to Eligible Consumers by the Settlement Administrator to notify Eligible Consumers of this Settlement, the process for receiving payments or submitting claims, and how to opt out of to the Settlement, including but not limited to the Notice, Summary Notice, the Settlement Website and the domain name for the Settlement Website, the content of any media, social media, or advertising campaign, and the script of any outbound telephone notice.
