All settlement administration amounts, including but not limited to, the Settlement Claims Administrator’s fees and costs, shall be paid from the Gross Settlement Amount in the QSF. If the Settlement is not given final approval by the Court and does not become Effective, the any settlement administration fees and costs incurred shall be deducted from the QSF.
