Settlement Fund Account definition

Settlement Fund Account means the account described in Section 4 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Settlement Fund Account

Settlement Fund Account means an interest-bearing account held by an FDIC-insured financial institution, into which TD Bank shall deposit the Cash Settlement Amount. Class Counsel and TD Bank shall agree on the FDIC-insured financial institution at which the account shall be established.
