Settlement Fund Account definition

Settlement Fund Account means the account described in Section 4 of this Agreement.
Settlement Fund Account means an interest-bearing account held by an FDIC- insured financial institution, into which Defendant shall deposit the Settlement Payment Amount. Class Counsel and Defendant shall agree on the FDIC-insured financial institution at which the account shall be established.

More Definitions of Settlement Fund Account
