Examples of Settlement Payment Check in a sentence

  • Only those Class Members who timely cash or otherwise negotiate their Settlement Payment Check will be deemed to have opted into the Actions for purposes of the FLSA and thereby release and waive any of their claims under the FLSA arising under or relating to the alleged claims.

  • Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.

The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.

  • Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Capitation Payment means a payment the STATE makes periodically to the MCO for each Enrollee covered under the Contract for the provision of services as defined in Article 6 regardless of whether the Enrollee receives these services during the period covered by the payment.

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).
