Settlement Place definition

Settlement Place means the bank in New York, as designated by IFC in the Put Notice or by notice to Pioneer Omega after receipt of the Call Notice (or such other place as the parties hereto may agree), where Pioneer Omega shall pay for the IFC Shares.
Settlement Place means the place in New York, New York, United States to be specified by FMO in the relevant Notice of Exercise where payment for and delivery of the relevant Option Shares are to be made;
Settlement Place means the place to be specified by IFC in the relevant Put Notice for any payments to be made and certificates, if any, representing Option Shares to be delivered in connection with any exercise of the Put Option under this Agreement.

  • If Pioneer Omega elects to pay for the IFC Shares in installments, it shall on the Settlement Date and at the Settlement Place pay one-third of the Option Price.

More Definitions of Settlement Place

  • Net Share Settlement means the settlement method pursuant to which an exercising Warrantholder shall be entitled to receive from the Company, for each Warrant exercised, a number of shares of Common Stock equal to the Net Share Amount without any payment therefor.

  • securities settlement system means a securities settlement system (as defined in the CSD Regulation) operated by a central securities depository;
