Settlement Term definition

Settlement Term means the period of time commencing with the 13 Effective Date and extending for ten (10) years after the District Court’s entry of 14 Judgment, or until the Target Number of Accessible Units is achieved, whichever 15 occurs later.

  • Post-Termination Period means a period of 12 months (subject to extension as set forth in Section 8(f)) following the effective date of the termination of Executive’s employment.
