Sex offense against a minor definition

Sex offense against a minor means an offense for which a conviction has been entered for a sex offense classified as a tier I, tier II, or tier III offense under this chapter if such offense was committed against a minor, or otherwise involves a minor.

  • Sex offense means an offense defined as a sex offense in RCW 9.94A.030;

  • Violent felony means any offense that, if committed by an adult, would constitute a felony and:

  • Nonviolent offense means an offense which is not a violent

  • Violent offense means a violent offense as defined in RCW 9.94A.030;

  • Offense means a felony, gross misdemeanor, or crime of moral turpitude.

  • Severe property damage means substantial physical damage to property, damage to the treatment facilities which would cause them to become inoperable, or substantial and permanent loss of natural resources which can reasonably be expected to occur in the absence of a bypass. Severe property damage does not mean economic loss caused by delays in production.

  • Violent student means a student under the age of 21 who:

  • Controlled substances means those substances identified in 49 CFR 40.85. “CCF” means the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form.
