TASKS TO BE PERFORMED. Note: This content must be consistent with theWork Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Task Description Summary’ section of the Work Plan submitted by the Applicant.
TASKS TO BE PERFORMED i. It is expressly understood that the activity authorized and funded under this Agreement is for new construction or rehabilitation of affordable housing occupied by low and very-low income households. ii. The CHDO shall market housing produced under this Agreement to qualifying families as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). iii. It is anticipated that this project, funded with HOME Program CHDO funding as defined in PART B of this Agreement, will combine with other funding sources to yield 8 or more CHDO housing units during the term of the Agreement. iv. The CHDO understands that any buyer of CHDO housing must receive Down Payment Assistance (DPA) from a CITY-designated DPA provider(s) and that the CHDO must refer all such buyers to said provider(s). v. Buyers shall be qualified using the IRS method for determining income eligibility, whereas Renters shall be qualified using Part 5 method for determining income eligibility for rental projects unless it is a Lease with an Option to Purchase arrangement. vi. XXXX understands and agrees to refer all clients seeking rehabilitation aid only to the CITY. vii. Only those clients shall be eligible for CHDO-project assistance who: a. Xxxxxxx as a citizen by birth, naturalized citizen or national of the United States; or b. Have immigrant status under 101(a)(15) or 101(a)(20) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA); or c. Have permanent residence under 249 of INA; or d. Have refugee, asylum, or conditional entry status under 207, 208, or 203 of the INA; or e. Have parole status under 212(d) (5) of the INA; or f. Have threat to life or freedom under 243(h) of the INA; or g. Have amnesty under 245(a) of the INA. viii. For rehabilitation projects, the following releases for each property shall be obtained by the CHDO prior to commencement of project activity: a. State Historic Preservation Office b. TASKS TO BE PERFORMEDThe scope of work will vary depending on the specific assignment but would include one or various of the below deliverables: Oversight of administrative processes: • Conduct monthly review of financial exception/errors and prepare analysis of the errors to resolve issues and suggest appropriate corrective actions; • Examine, review, process and record incoming documents relating to Regional Coordination Unit (RCU) budget; • Provide quality control and corrective/anticipatory feedback regarding RCU budget, contributing to quality and accuracy; • Provide advice on the budgeting and spending associated with RCU budget; • Ensure compliance with UNDP Financial Regulations and Rules and the Internal Control Framework; • Maintain the internal expenditures control system which ensures that Purchase Orders and vouchers processed are matched and completed, and transactions are correctly recorded and posted in Atlas; • Advise on the correct use of budget chart-fields, and monitors chart-fields; • Prepare and review monthly travel expenses reports; • Conduct monthly review of Travel tracking sheet; • Provide information to the staff on travel including travel route and ensure the selected arrangements are undertaken in time; • Support processing of travel authorizations in line with travel entitlements for staff, consultants, and meeting participants ensuring that the travel arrangements follow the UNDP and BPPS travel rules and regulations; • Support processing requests for visas for all travellers; • Prepare Travel requests and checklists as needed; • Maintenance of files. • Provide advice and orientation to the Country Office workshop focal points with regards to travel related expenses/procedures; • Assist in identification and sourcing of workshop venues and ancillary services; • Support organization of meetings and workshops; • In collaboration with Management Support Unit in the Istanbul Regional Hub, assist in procurement of services (catering, rental of premises, conference facilities) in line with UNDP rules and regulation; • Review the documentation submitted for approval by the UNDP Country Offices or Regional Offices related to: flight ticket purchases, Purchase Orders/payment approvals, and F10 (reimbursement form) claims for the participants of workshops and submits for approval; • Keep track record (simple/excel form) of the payments processed for the event; • Keep track record of travel schedules and flight information for all participants to support ...

TASKS TO BE PERFORMED. At a minimum, the Contractor shall perform the tasks listed below. 3.1. Identify how interested community members, to include all APS stakeholders, staff, parents, students, parent organizations, key elected officials and business leaders can be involved in developing the criteria for selecting the new Superintendent including desired skills, characteristics and qualifications. The Contractor will be required to meet with each School Board member and others who may be identified, to assess School Board priorities, goals and objectives to assist the School Board in determining and outlining criteria, desired skills, characteristics, and qualifications necessary for selecting the Superintendent. 3.2. The Contractor, in consultation with the School Board, will develop recruitment information about Arlington County, APS and the position itself for prospective applicants and provide a suggested format for the interview process and develop a list of potential interview questions. This information will become the property of APS at the expiration of the Contract. 3.3. Work with School Board and APS staff to provide a detailed work plan and schedule/timeline that meets our hiring timeline objective for the search that includes community involvement while balancing the need for confidentiality of applicants. This plan should include the anticipated involvement of the School Board as a whole. At a minimum, Contractor shall provide surveys deployed in the five (5) core languages of Arlington (Arabic, Amharic, English, Mongolian, and Spanish), which includes the cost of translating the survey into the four additional core languages, at a fee included in the total reflected in Attachment BPricing Schedule & Milestone Payment Plan. 3.4. Identify and propose all steps/aspects of the recruitment process. 3.5. Identify support needed from School Board, APS departments and others to include the Department of Human Resources. This shall include an estimate of the number of meetings, individually and as a group, and the timing of site visits required of the School Board. 3.6.
