Sexually oriented definition

Sexually oriented means any exhibition of any motion pictures, films or videos depicting "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical area" or any live performance, display or dance of any type, removal of articles of clothing or appearing unclothed, pantomime, modeling, or any other personal service offered customers a significant or substantial portion of which depicts any actual or simulated performance of "specified sexual activities" or exhibition and viewing of "specified anatomical areas."

Sexually oriented means any simulation of sexual activity, stripping, salacious dancing, any lewd or lascivious depiction or description of human genitals or of sexual conduct as defined in 45-5-625.

Harassment shall include harassing or obscene phone calls as prohibited by Section 1172 of this title and conduct prohibited by Section 850 of this title. Harassment does not include constitutionally protected activity or conduct that serves a legitimate purpose;

  • Orientation means any introductory instruction into a new practice environment or employment situation where being a nurse is a requirement of employment or where the individual uses any title or abbreviation indicating that the individual is a nurse. Orientation is considered the practice of nursing in this State.
