ARTICLES OF CLOTHING. The Board shall provide the following items:
1. Foul Weather Gear: Storm jacket, pants, and boots will be provided upon the custodian’s request through the Board Secretary's office. Worn and/or unusable foul weather gear must be returned to the Board Secretary concurrent with the request. The groundskeeper will be provided a winter work jacket when needed, but on no more than an annual basis.
ARTICLES OF CLOTHING. The company seeks to expand the improvement of customer service and image. All employees provided with company uniforms will be required to keep them in a reasonable state of repair and present themselves in cleaned garments at the start of every shift or overtime period when representing the company. Casual employees will be provided with similar or same gear, which is to be returned at the completion of each shift if required. All uniforms will be provided to the employee by the company upon engagement and renewed on an as-need basis. Employees must present themselves for work well groomed, including neat hair, faces shaved, or in the case of beards, etc, neatly trimmed, etc. Any employee presenting themselves outside of the guidelines here described without reasonable excuse will be sent home in their own time until they present themselves appropriately. Such occasions will be considered part of a normal counselling process.
ARTICLES OF CLOTHING. (a) Where a Facility Worker, Leading Hand, Supervisor or Driver is required by law or the Company or both to wear any special uniform, cap, overall or other article, it shall be supplied by the Company. It is the sole responsibility for a GRM employee or agency personnel to supply and wear at all times whilst on duty a suitable pair of Safety shoes/boots
(b) Where a Facility Worker, Leading Hand, Supervisor or Driver is required by the Company to work continuously in conditions in which, because of their nature, their clothing would otherwise become saturated, the Company shall provide such Facility Worker, Leading Hand, Supervisor or Driver with suitable protective clothing at no cost to the employee.
(c) Where a Facility Worker, Leading Hand, Supervisor or Driver is employed in the classification of Greaser and or Cleaner, or is normally required to service vehicles, they shall be issued overalls without charge. This subclause shall not apply to a Facility Worker, Leading Hand, Supervisor or Driver who is required as an adjunct to their normal duties to check such things as vehicles, oil, water and tyres. Provided further that such protective clothing shall remain the property of the Company, and that the Facility Worker, Leading Hand, Supervisor or Driver shall be liable for the cost of replacement of any article of protective clothing that is lost, destroyed or damaged through the negligence of Facility Worker, Leading Hand, Supervisor or Driver
ARTICLES OF CLOTHING. 6.6.1. The Company will provide each Employee with a uniform, which must be worn and maintained by the Employee in a reasonable state of repair.
6.6.2. The initial uniform issue will comprise the following:
6.6.2.1. Five (5) sets of trousers or shorts;
6.6.2.2. Five (5) shirts (short or long sleeved);
6.6.2.3. One (1) pullover or one (1) bomber jacket; and
6.6.2.4. One (1) pair safety boots to the value of $120.
6.6.3. The Company will supply each Employee, on an ‘as needed’ basis, with any safety equipment it requires an Employee to use.
6.6.4. The Company will re-issue uniforms on an as needs replacement basis.
6.6.5. Each Employee must present themselves for work in a clean uniform and well groomed (neat hair with facial hair shaved or, if the Employee has a xxxxx and/or moustache, with the xxxxx and moustache neatly trimmed).
6.6.6. If an Employee, without a reasonable excuse, presents for work otherwise than in accordance with clause 6.6.5, then the Company may stand down the Employee without pay until the Employee complies with clause 6.
ARTICLES OF CLOTHING. (a) Uniforms
• 1 Pair safety boots (steel capped, lace-up) • 4 Long Trousers • 6 Shirts (hi-visibility) • 2 Jumpers (hi-visibility)
• 1 Waterproof jacket (hi-visibility) The employer will replace clothing thereafter on a new-for-old basis; being that both the employer and the employee require the clothing to be in a proper condition. An employee may choose overalls as a replacement for one shirt and one pair of trousers. Clothing and footwear damaged during the course of work will be replaced subject to the acceptance of a reasonable explanation. Clothing and footwear shall remain the property of the employer, and the employee shall be liable for the cost of replacement of any article of protective clothing which is lost, destroyed or damaged through the negligence of the employee.
ARTICLES OF CLOTHING. 34.1 Where an employee is required by law or his Company to wear any special uniform, cap, overall or other article, it shall be supplied by the Company at no cost to an employee.
34.2 (i) Where an employee is required by his Company to work continuously in conditions, in which, because of their nature, his clothing would otherwise become saturated, the Company shall provide such employee with suitable protective clothing at no cost to the employee.
ARTICLES OF CLOTHING. 8.7.1 Where an employee is required by law or his Company to wear any special uniform, cap, overall or other article, the Company at no cost to an employee shall supply it. Uniform kits will be supplied to all Country CSO’s each year.

8.8.2 Uniform kits will be supplied to all Metro CSO’s every two years.
8.8.3 Any CSO requiring replacement uniform items that are less than two years old must seek management approval.
8.8.4 All supplied uniforms must be worn at all times whilst performing company duties. Uniforms must be laundered and kept in a neat & tidy manner, at the employee’s cost.
8.8.5 Contents of kit are subject to change and status of employee.

(a) Where the employer requires an employee to wear any special clothing such as any special uniform, cap, overall or other article, the employer must reimburse the employee for the cost of purchasing such special clothing unless the special clothing is provided by the employer.
(b) Where an employee is required by the employer to work continuously in conditions in which, because of their nature, the clothing would otherwise become saturated, the employer must reimburse the employee for the cost of purchasing protective clothing unless the protective clothing is provided by the employer.
(c) Protective clothing remains the property of the employer and the employee is liable for the cost of replacing any article of protective clothing which is lost, destroyed or damaged through their own negligence.
ARTICLES OF CLOTHING. 17.1 The Company will provide Employees with uniforms, which must be worn by the Employee, and maintained by the Employees in a reasonable state of repair.
17.2 The Company will re-issue uniforms at 12 month intervals and will comprise three sets of trousers and five shirts. A single jacket/pullover will be supplied on an as-needs basis, as will safety items, e.g. safety boots. Circumstances outside this will be determined on an individual basis.
17.3 Employees must present themselves for work in clean uniform and well groomed, including neat hair, face shaved, or in the case of beards (neatly trimmed).
