Shaft Energy definition

Shaft Energy means an amount of energy, measured in HP-hours, actually produced by the Compressor Motor.

  • The ownership and risk of loss with respect to such Shaft Energy shall pass from ECS to Customer at the Point of Delivery.

  • ECS shall deliver the Shaft Energy to Customer at the Point of Delivery.

  • During the Test Period, ECS shall invoice Customer only for actual expenses incurred by ECS to provide the Contract Quantity and Shaft Energy during the Test Period prior to the Start Date.

Shaft Energy means an amount of energy, measured in HP-hours, actually produced by the Compressor Motor each month and shall be equal to the product of (A) the amount of kWh consumed by the Compressor Motor during such month, as measured by the Primary Meter times (B) _____. "Start Date" means the date on which ECS is first required to deliver Shaft Energy to the Customer’s Electric Compressor Station pursuant to this Agreement (other than Shaft Energy to be delivered during the Test Period as described in Section 3.1 hereof), which date shall be the later to occur of (i) ________________, (ii) the date that is one day after the in-service date of the Compressor Motor and the Interconnection Facilities, or (iii) the date that Customer's Expansion facilities are placed into service pursuant to FERC Docket No. __________________.
