DNB Shares definition

DNB Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of DNB Issuer.

Xxx Parallel Fund VIII, L.P., THL Fund VIII Coinvestment Partners, L.P., THL Executive Fund VIII, L.P., THL Equity Fund VIII Investors (D&B), L.P., D&B Holdco, LLC, CC Star Holdings, LP, Bilcar, LLC and Black Knight InfoServ, LLC. “Dollars” and “$” mean the lawful money of the United States. “DTC” means The Depository Trust Company, a New York corporation, or its successor. “Early Closure” means the closure on any Exchange Business Day of the Exchange prior to its scheduled closing time for such day unless such earlier closing time is announced by the Exchange at least one hour prior to the actual closing time for the regular trading session on the Exchange on such Exchange Business Day.

  • B Shares means a participating share of no par value in the capital of the Fund, denominated in Euro(s);
