  • If the number of shares of the Underlying Stock actually delivered in respect of the rights or warrants differs from the number of shares of the Underlying Stock offered in respect of such rights or warrants, the Share Multiplier shall promptly be readjusted to the Share Multiplier which would have been in effect had the adjustment been made on the basis of the number of shares of the Underlying Stock actually delivered in respect of such rights or warrants.
