Shared Code definition

Shared Code means all computer software applications, programs and interfaces, including source and object code therefor, owned by Seller immediately prior to the Closing. “Shared Code” shall not include any computer software applications, programs or interfaces, or any part thereof, owned by any third party.
Shared Code means source code developed, modified, or maintained by Licensed Entity that is referenced, or used, within Licensed Entity outside of Project.
Shared Code means a TN, TFN, or Short Code that is shared between multiple businesses. Shared Codes are generally a disallowed use case.
