Shared Excess Available Funds means, with respect to any Transfer Date with respect to any series of Notes, either (a) the amount of BAseries Available Funds for such Transfer Date available after application in accordance with Sections 3.01(a) through (g) or (b) the amounts allocated to other series of Notes identified as an Excess Available Funds Sharing Series in Excess Available Funds Sharing Group One which the applicable Indenture Supplements for such series specify are to be treated as “Shared Excess Available Funds.”

Related to Shared Excess Available Funds

  • Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the amount, if any, by which the Portfolio Yield for the preceding Monthly Period exceeds the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to the March 2008 Transfer Date and each Transfer Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Available Funds Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.

  • Total Available Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • Available Funds Cap Any of the Class A-1 Available Funds Cap, the Class A-2 Available Funds Cap or the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap.

  • Required Spread Account Amount means, for the March 2012 Payment Date and the April 2012 Payment Date, zero, and for any Payment Date thereafter, the product of (i) the Spread Account Percentage in effect on such date and (ii) during (x) the Revolving Period, the Collateral Amount, and (y) during the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the Collateral Amount as of the last day of the Revolving Period; provided that, prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default and acceleration of the Series 2012-1 Notes, the Required Spread Account Amount will never exceed the Class C Note Principal Balance (after taking into account any payments to be made on such Payment Date).
