Shareholders' Council definition

Shareholders' Council means the members constituting the shareholders' council established pursuant to clause 4.
Shareholders' Council means the Councillors who number not fewer than the required quorum, acting together as the Shareholders’ Council.

  • Stockholders Meeting shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(c).
