Shell Group definition

Shell Group means Royal Dutch Shell plc and any company (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Shell) which is for the time being directly or indirectly controlled by Royal Dutch Shell plc.
Shell Group means Royal Dutch Shell plc and any company (including but not limited to Shell) which is directly or indirectly controlled by Royal Dutch Shell plc.
Shell Group means Shell plc and those companies in which it either directly or indirectly has control, by having either a majority of the voting rights or the right to exercise a controlling influence or to obtain the majority of the benefits and be exposed to a majority of the risks.

Examples of Shell Group in a sentence

  • The failure of Shell or any member of the Shell Group to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision unless it is confirmed as such by Shell in writing.
