Shipment History definition

Shipment History means the volume of NGLs shipped in the pipeline by an Existing Shipper during the Base Period. “TSA” means a Transportation Service Agreement executed by a Committed Shipper and Carrier.
Shipment History means the volume of Crude Petroleum moved through an applicable segment of Transporter’s System by each Historical Uncommitted Shipper during the applicable Base Period.
Shipment History means the volume of Products moved through applicable pipeline segment of Carrier’s pipeline system by a Shipper during the applicable Base Period.

  • Except as provided in this Item 8, a Shipper’s Shipment History may not be assigned, conveyed, loaned, transferred to, or used in any manner by another Shipper.

  • In order to assure auditor independence, Prime Vendor shall provide CUNY at least ninety (90) days prior written notice if Prime Vendor in- tends to use an auditing firm other than to conduct such au- dits, and shall discuss with CUNY, and address any concerns that CUNY may have regarding such change of auditors.

  • Upon fifteen (15) days’ notice to Carrier, a Shipper’s Shipment History may be transferred (a) to a successor to substantially all of the Shipper’s business, or (b) to a third party based on an agreement between the Shipper and such third party, if the Shipper provides Carrier with a letter or letters signed by authorized individuals in the Shipper’s organization and the third party’s organization agreeing to the transfer.
