Shipper Meters definition

Shipper Meters has the meaning given to it in Section 1.4 of Exhibit A.

  • If requested by Gatherer the Shipper Meters shall include a sufficient number of data ports, and Shipper shall permit Gatherer to connect to such data ports, as shall be required to provide to Gatherer on a real-time basis all measurement data generated by such measurement equipment.

  • water meter means any apparatus for measuring or showing the volume of water supplied to, or of effluent discharged from any premises;

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.
