Shipping Documentation definition

Shipping Documentation means, with respect to each Lot, the xxxx of lading from the transportation company, the packing list and the Lot Verification Form with the top part completed by Power Mount.
Shipping Documentation means the documents, including but not limited to certificates of analyses, and packaging slip summarizing the contents of the shipment as set forth in the Master Production Record.
Shipping Documentation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.9.

  • If there is a conflict between the Shipping Documentation and any such document then in effect or this Agreement, then the transportation agreement, tariff, Service Guide, Standard Conditions of Carriage, or this Agreement will control, in that order of priority.

  • Each shipment shall be accompanied by the Shipping Documentation.

  • Within one (1) Business Day following receipt of Shipping Documentation from Power Mount and provided a Purchase Price has been set, Stillwater may, at its option, forward Prepayment if it has been requested by Power Mount for such Lot via wire transfer to Power Mount.

  • Proforma Invoices (Non-Billing) accompany Commercial Invoices (Billing) and are a part of the Shipping Documentation.

Related to Shipping Documentation

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.

  • Supporting Documentation means the documents listed in Schedule A of this Certificate which forms part of this
