Shipping Stem definition

Shipping Stem has the meaning given to that term in the Access Undertaking. Shrinkage means loss in the normal storage and handling process, including loss of mass through changes in moisture content, loss in handling, and Waste. Shrinkage does not include Bulk Wheat lost as Dust. Standard Port Terminal Services are Port Terminal Services provided under this Agreement in respect of Bulk Wheat.
Shipping Stem means the loading statement provided by the Company in accordance with the Continuous Disclosure Requirements contained in the WEMA or any applicable Codehas the meaning given to that term in the Access Undertaking.
Shipping Stem. This has the meaning given in Part B, clause 2. Shipping Year. Means the period commencing 1 October of a given year and ending and 30 September of the following year. Site Assembly Plan (SAP). This has the meaning given in Part B, clause 21. Tonnes or Tonnage. A mThis means metric tonnes/tonnage. Vessel Nomination. This has the meaning given in Part B, clause 14.

Examples of Shipping Stem in a sentence

  • The Shipping Stem is updated each Business Day and is available to all Clients.

  • By the close of business on the next business day after receipt of a valid Intent to Ship Advice the Port Operator will make a record of this intent on its Shipping Stem as “pending”.

  • The Port Operator allocates Assembly Windows in order to meet the facilitated order of vessels contained in the Shipping Stem from time to time having regard to the Shipping Stem Policy.

  • The Port Operator will allocate the use of storage capacity in a Port Terminal to meet the order of vessels contained in the Shipping Stem from time to time having regard to the Shipping Stem Policy.

  • In the event of the customer’s vessel failing a marine, AQIS or other survey that may be required by regulation, GrainCorp reserves the right to give berthing and elevating priority to other vessels on its Shipping Stem, and to assign any vessel that has failed a survey, which is re-presented for loading, a new ETA or Assigned Load Date.

  • Submit new ‘supplementary’ CNAs via Workflow for the relevant tonnages, making note of the reference number of the existing original CNA that refers to the Booked Elevation Capacity that appears on the Shipping Stem.

  • Shipping container means a MIL-STD-129 defined exterior container that meets carrier regulations and is of sufficient strength, by reason of material, design, and construction, to be shipped safely without further packing (e.g., wooden boxes or crates, fiber and metal drums, and corrugated and solid fiberboard boxes).
