Port Terminal Services means the services described in Schedule 2 in relation to Bulk Wheat provided by means of a Port Terminal Facility, and the use of a Port Terminal Facility and use of all other associated infrastructure owned, operated or controlled by GrainCorp at a Port Terminal which in each case is necessary to allow Applicants and Users to export Bulk Wheat through that Port Terminal.

Port Terminal Services means the services described in the Port Schedule in relation to Bulk Wheat provided by means of a Port Terminal Facility, the use of a Port Terminal Facility and the use of all other associated infrastructure provided by the Port Operator at a Port Terminal which in each case is necessary to allow Applicants and Users to export Bulk Wheat through that Port Terminal.

Port Terminal Services has the meaning given to that term in the Code and includes, in relation to a Port Terminal, those of the Wheat Receival Services, Wheat Storage Services and Wheat Ship Loading Services that Viterra provides by using one or more of the Port Terminal Facilities at that Port Terminal.
