Shore Base Facilities definition

Shore Base Facilities means onshore support facilities that during drilling, development, maintenance and producing operations provide such services to the Joint Property as receiving and transshipment point for supplies, materials and equipment; debarkation point for drilling and production personnel and services; communication, scheduling and dispatching center; other associated functions benefiting the Joint Property.
Shore Base Facilities means onshore support facilities that provide such services to the Joint Property as a receiving and transshipment point for Material; debarkation point for operations personnel and services; communication, scheduling, and dispatching center; and other associated functions serving Joint Operations.
Shore Base Facilities means onshore support facilities that provide such services to the Joint

Examples of Shore Base Facilities in a sentence

  • Operator shall charge the Joint Account for use of Operator-owned equipment and facilities, including but not limited to production facilities, Shore Base Facilities, Offshore Facilities, and Field Offices, at rates commensurate with the costs of ownership and operation.

  • Fees of contract personnel directly employed on Shore Base Facilities or other Offshore Facilities serving the Joint Property if such costs are not charged under Paragraph 6 of this Section II.

  • Such fee does not include the salaries and wages and associated burdens and benefits of SELLER's field employees directly employed in the operation of the Oil & Gas Interests, SELLER's employees directly employed on Shore Base Facilities or other Offshore Facilities serving the Oil and Gas Interests, first level supervisors of the aforementioned field employees located at or near the Oil & Gas Interests, and technical employees directly employed on the Oil & Gas Interests.
