Short Sales means all “short sales” as defined in Rule 200 of Regulation SHO under the Exchange Act (but shall not be deemed to include locating and/or borrowing shares of Common Stock).
Short Sale means the sale of securities that the seller does not own. A Short Sale is “against the box” to the extent that the seller contemporaneously owns or has the right to obtain securities identical to those sold short, at no added cost.
Trading Session means a trading session on a day which the applicable Stock Exchange is open for trading;
Short-Sale Loss means the loss resulting from the Assuming Institution’s agreement with the mortgagor to accept a payoff in an amount less than the balance due on the loan (including the costs of any cash incentives to borrower to agree to such sale or to maintain the property pending such sale), further provided, that each Short-Sale Loss shall be calculated in accordance with the form and methodology specified in Exhibits 2b(1)-(3).
Open session means a meeting which is held in a place reasonably accessible to members of the public and open to all cit- izens at all times. Pattern of racketeering activity means the planned, ongoing, continuous or repeated participation or involvement in any offence referred to in Schedule 1 and includes at least two offences referred to in Schedule 1, of which one of the offences occurred after the commencement of this Act and the last offence occurred within 10 years (excluding any period of imprisonment) after the commission of such prior offence referred to in Schedule 1;
Drug Free Workplace Act Party will assure a drug-free workplace in accordance with 45 CFR Part 76.
