Short Term Trading Fee definition

Short Term Trading Fee means the amount, (if any) of the reduction in Unit redemption price that will be applied as a fee against the Unitholder’s redemption if a Unitholder redeems Units early. See “Purchase Options”.

Short Term Trading Fee means a redemption charge as described under “Redeeming Units – Short Term Trading Fee”;

  • High Quality Short-Term Debt Instrument means any instrument having a maturity at issuance of less than 366 days and which is rated in one of the highest two rating categories by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Agency (Moody’s and S&P).
