Interior corner suites are required to have both a storefront sign and side sign in accordance with the Sign Criteria.
Notwithstanding Section 14.04 of the Original Lease to the contrary, Tenant shall not be required to remove or pay for the removal of its signage (or the installation of new signage) as a consequence of Landlord’s revision of the Sign Criteria.
If, without Landlord’s prior written consent, Tenant installs a sign that does not conform to the Sign Criteria, Landlord may have Tenant’s sign removed and stored at Tenant’s expense.

These Sign Criteria have been established for the purpose of maintaining a consistent overall appearance of the Project and shall be strictly enforced.

Subject to approval by Landlord and Tenant, Landlord shall erect an exterior sign on its sign band which conforms to the Sign Criteria and governmental requirements at Landlord’s expense.
If Landlord should undertake any remodeling or renovation of the Building, which requires modification of Tenant's signs, then Tenant shall, if required by Landlord, conform to the standard Sign Criteria used for such remodeling or renovation.
