  • Notwithstanding Section 14.04 of the Original Lease to the contrary, Tenant shall not be required to remove or pay for the removal of its signage (or the installation of new signage) as a consequence of Landlord’s revision of the Sign Criteria.

Sign Criteria. D" ADDENDUM TO LEASE, "E" RULES AND REGULATIONS and "G" GUARANTY OF TENANTS OBLIGATIONS UNDER AGREEMENT OF LEASE hereby are made a part hereof, and supersede and control any conflicting or ambiguous language in this Lease.
