SIGNAGE CRITERIA. Landlord has designed a graphics system for the base building and all tenants will adhere to this standard (refer to Appendix D for size and shape). Tenants that occupy one or more total floors may deviate from this criteria with Landlord’s approval.
SIGNAGE CRITERIA. Tenant’s signage pursuant to Paragraph 52.b. above (the “Above Standard Signage”) shall be subject to Landlord’s approval in its sole and absolute discretion exercised in good faith as to the design, size, color, material, content, location and illumination, shall be appropriate for a first class high rise office building in the San Francisco financial district, shall be and in conformity with the overall design and ambiance of the Real Property, and shall comply with all applicable Legal Requirements. Landlord’s approval shall be granted or denied in writing within thirty (30) days after Tenant’s written request therefor accompanied by the details with respect to Tenant’s proposed signage. Tenant shall be responsible for obtaining any governmental permits or approvals required for the Above Standard Signage, all at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Landlord makes no representation or warranty whatsoever that such permits will be obtainable or issued. Tenant’s design and installation of the Above Standard Signage shall be at its sole cost and expense and shall comply with all applicable Legal Requirements, the requirements applicable to construction of Alterations pursuant to Paragraph 9 above, and such other reasonable rules, procedures and requirements as Landlord shall impose with respect to such work, including insurance coverage in connection therewith. Tenant shall maintain the Above Standard Signage at its sole cost and expense. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at Landlord’s election, Landlord may install and/or maintain all or any of the Above Standard Signage and Tenant shall pay Landlord the reasonable out of pocket costs thereof within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s demand from time to time together with reasonable supporting documentation. Whether or not Landlord elects to install, maintain and/or remove the Above Standard Signage, the costs reimbursable by Tenant to Landlord in connection with the Above Standard Signage shall include, without limitation, reasonable costs of retaining engineers or other consultants to review the design, weight, construction, and/or manner of installation and removal of the Above Standard Signage, and costs incurred by Landlord in connection with the application for and/or issuance of any permits or approvals required in connection with the Above Standard Signage. SIGNAGE CRITERIATenant shall be permitted to erect or enplace a sign, as applicable, in conformance with the BLCC design criteria for the Premises as attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "H".
SIGNAGE CRITERIA. 1. Tenant shall provide submittals or shop drawings of Tenant's proposed exterior signage for Landlord's review and approval, subject to the Lease and Exhibit L. Tenant shall not proceed with the fabrication or installation of signage without the prior written approval by Landlord of Tenant's final sign plans, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
SIGNAGE CRITERIA. A. All primary tenant identification shall be located on the Landlord's "designated signband" as illustrated on the attached Exhibit C-1. B. All signage shall be individual letters with internal illumination or back lighting to produce a silhouette. C. Tenant signage on the designated sign panel shall not exceed 2/3 of the length of the Tenant storefront. D. Maximum letter height shall be 24", minimum letter height shall be 10". E.   • Design Criteria A/E shall prepare all work in accordance with the latest version of applicable County’s procedures, specifications, manuals, guidelines, standard drawings, and standard specifications. A/E shall prepare each Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) package in a form suitable for letting through County’s construction contract bidding and awarding process.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All Projects/Services shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the Director.

  • General Criteria (a) If general criteria are required as part of the Application, only one (1) set shall be completed. General criteria measure the quality of the Land Manager’s overall OHV program. The Applicants shall answer these questions with respect to the entirety of the OHV operation, including all trails and areas available for OHV Recreation, not just specific Projects or Project Areas. (b) General criteria include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) OHV Opportunity and services provided, (2) Agency contribution to the overall cost of managing and delivering the OHV Opportunity, (3) Management of natural and Cultural Resources, (4) Effective education of rules/regulations, and (5) Past performance in completing and administering Xxxxx funded Projects. (c) Non-land manager Applicants required to complete the general criteria shall cooperate with the Land Manager(s) to obtain the information necessary to complete the general criteria section of the Application.   • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%. Each Contract amortizes the amount financed over an original term no greater than 84 months (excluding periods of deferral of first payment). Each Contract has a Principal Balance of at least $500.00 as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Acceptance Criteria The Services and Deliverables must meet the following acceptance criteria or the JBE may reject the applicable Services or Deliverables. The JBE may use the attached Acceptance and Signoff Form to notify Contractor of the acceptance or rejection of the Services and Deliverables. Contractor will not be paid for any rejected Services or Deliverables.

  • Power Factor Design Criteria Developer shall design the Large Generating Facility to maintain an effective power delivery at demonstrated maximum net capability at the Point of Interconnection at a power factor within the range established by the Connecting Transmission Owner on a comparable basis, until NYISO has established different requirements that apply to all generators in the New York Control Area on a comparable basis. The Developer shall design and maintain the plant auxiliary systems to operate safely throughout the entire real and reactive power design range. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall not unreasonably restrict or condition the reactive power production or absorption of the Large Generating Facility in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Evaluation Criteria 5.2.1. The responses will be evaluated based on the following: (edit evaluation criteria below as appropriate for your project)

  • Signage Tenant may not install, inscribe, paint or affix any awning, shade, sign, advertisement or notice on or to any part of the outside or inside of the Building, or in any portion of the Premises visible to the outside of the Building or Common Areas without Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion. All signage and/or directory listings installed on behalf of Tenant, whether installed in, on or upon the public corridors, doorways, Building directory and/or parking directory (if any), or in any other location whatsoever visible outside of the Premises, shall be installed by Landlord, at Tenant’s sole expense (which may be charged against the Allowance (as defined in Exhibit B attached hereto) at a commercially reasonable cost. Tenant shall be permitted Building standard signage in a location designated by Landlord at the entrance of the Premises and Tenant’s name, logo and company colors may be displayed in the elevator lobby of the twelfth (12th) floor and any other full floor later occupied by Tenant pursuant to this Lease. The size, style, and placement of letters to be used in any of Tenant’s signage shall be determined by Landlord, in Landlord’s reasonable discretion, in full conformance with the previously established commercially reasonable signage program for the Building. Except as specified hereinbelow, Tenant shall only be entitled to one (1) listing on the Building directory for Tenant’s business name and which shall only show Tenant’s business name and suite designation. Tenant shall also be entitled to twenty (20) additional listings on said Building for each floor in the Building on which Tenant leases premises, which listings shall be limited solely to Tenant’s officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or sublessees, if any. All of said listings shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Criteria (1) Annual Evaluation Criteria. All performance evaluations shall be based upon assigned duties, and shall carefully consider the nature of the assignment in terms, where applicable, of: a. Teaching effectiveness, including effectiveness in presenting knowledge, information, and ideas by means or methods such as lecture, discussion, assignment and recitation, demonstration, laboratory exercise, practical experience, supervision of interns, theses, professional projects and/or dissertations, and direct consultation with students. The evaluation shall include consideration of effectiveness in imparting knowledge and skills, and effectiveness in stimulating students' critical thinking and/or creative abilities, the development or revision of curriculum and course structure, and adherence to accepted standards of professional behavior in meeting responsibilities to students. The evaluator may take into account class notes, syllabi, student exams and assignments, and any other materials relevant to the employee's teaching assignment. The teaching evaluation must take into account any relevant materials submitted by the employee, including the results of peer evaluations of teaching, and may not be based solely on student evaluations when this additional information has been made available to the evaluator. b. Contribution to the discovery of new knowledge, development of new educational techniques, and other forms of creative activity. Evidence of research and other creative activity shall include, but not be limited to, published books; articles and papers in professional journals; musical compositions, paintings, sculpture; works of performing art; papers presented at meetings of professional societies; funded grant activities; and research and creative accomplishments that have not yet resulted in publication, display, or performance. The evaluation shall include consideration of the employee's productivity, including the quality and quantity of the employee's research and other creative programs and contributions during the year, as well as recognition by the academic or professional community of what has been done. c. Public service that extends professional or discipline-related contributions to the community, the State, public schools, and/or the national and international community. This public service includes contributions to scholarly and professional organizations, governmental boards, agencies, and commissions that are beneficial to such groups and individuals. d. Participation in the governance processes of the University through significant service on committees, councils, and senates, beyond that associated with the expected responsibility to participate in the governance of the University through participation in regular departmental or college meetings. e. Other assigned University duties, such as attending University events, advising, counseling, and academic administration, or as described in a Position Description, if any, of the position held by the employee. Other assigned duties may include entrepreneurial activities that contribute to the further development of the University with an end result of creating a new venture. Evidence of entrepreneurial contributions shall include, but not be limited to, creation of self- supporting centers or institutes, development of multi- disciplinary research partnerships, and applications of research to implementations in society. To provide guidelines for the establishment, maintenance and use of employee evaluation files within the employee’s respective academic unit.

  • Exterior Signage Subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may install (i) identification signage on the existing monument sign located on the exterior of the Building, (ii) at the entrance to the Building and (iii) internal directional and lobby identification signage (collectively, “Tenant Signage”); provided, however, in no event shall Tenant’s Signage include an “Objectionable Name,” as that term is defined in Section 23.3, of this Lease. All such signage shall be subject to Tenant’s obtaining all required governmental approvals. All permitted signs shall be maintained by Tenant at its expense in a first-class and safe condition and appearance. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall remove all of its signs at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. The graphics, materials, color, design, lettering, lighting, size, illumination, specifications and exact location of Tenant’s Signage (collectively, the “Sign Specifications”) shall be subject to the prior written approval of Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and shall be consistent and compatible with the quality and nature of the Project. Tenant hereby acknowledges that, notwithstanding Landlord’s approval of Tenant’s Signage, Landlord has made no representation or warranty to Tenant with respect to the probability of obtaining all necessary governmental approvals and permits for Tenant’s Signage. In the event Tenant does not receive the necessary governmental approvals and permits for Tenant’s Signage, Tenant’s and Landlord’s rights and obligations under the remaining TCCs of this Lease shall be unaffected. Except as required by applicable law, Landlord shall not install any other signage on the Building. If Landlord elects to install a multi-tenant identification sign at the entrance to the Project, Tenant shall be entitled to install its name on such sign (subject to availability on a pro-rata basis based on the relative square footages leased by the tenants of the Project), at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.
