SIGN PLAN definition

SIGN PLAN. The Carmel Center Sign Guidelines and Criteria, dated February 24, 1999, on file with the Association, as may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
SIGN PLAN means a plan drawn by a state of Washington licensed architect, or others specifically approved by the building official, at a scale approved by the director or building official clearly indicating footing connections to building, size of supports and materials used in supports and sign itself; elevation showing size and height of any proposed freestanding or projecting signs clearly indicating ground clearance and clearance to overhead power lines, and elevation of building facade for any proposed wall signs showing dimensions of the building as well as existing and proposed wall signs.
SIGN PLAN means a comprehensive site plan of any building, lot, parcel, collection of parcels or other premises, showing the number, size, description, color, copy and location of all signs thereon.

More Definitions of SIGN PLAN

SIGN PLAN means a plan prepared to scale showing location and size of all signs, including incidental signs proposed for the lot. The sign plan shall show the maximum surface area and height permitted for each sign. For lots with more than one business, the sign plan shall allocate, through formula or square footage, the sign location and allowable surface area for each portion of the building and building site.

  • Master Plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual contract plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual contract plans, provided the master plan has been approved.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);
