SIGNAL ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS definition

SIGNAL ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS means the instructions issued by VERIPOS (also accessible on the VERIPOS website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) which CLIENT is required to utilise in accordance with the provisions of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, in order to gain access to the SIGNAL SERVICES.

  • Synchronous instruction means instruction where students engage in learning in the direct presence (remote or in-person) of a teacher in real time.

  • Asynchronous instruction means instruction where students engage in learning without the direct presence (remote or in-person) of a teacher.

  • Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;
