Signatory Members definition

Signatory Members means each Party that has executed this Agreement.
Signatory Members means the Class A Members and Exchanging Preferred Members that are a party to this Agreement, as updated from time to time pursuant to Section 11.7.
Signatory Members means each city or county which is a member of the Joint Powers Agreement.

Examples of Signatory Members in a sentence

  • The paying of annual assessments to the Council is voluntary for all Signatory Members, but is required for the benefits of Full Membership, which include access to Council technical assistance, publications, training, and written materials.

  • Any notice or other document permitted or required to be delivered as provided herein shall be delivered as required under these bylaws and shall be sent to address(es) provided and updated from time to time by the Signatory Members to the Council.

  • Any amendments to the Bylaws will be approved by OCEMO Signatory Members, as detailed in the OCEMO Bylaws.

  • As to any other action or approval of the Voting Members not specifically identified in Section 6.02, below, the required affirmative vote shall be a majority of each of Group 1 and Group 2 Signatory Members.

  • Voting by Group 1 and Group 2 Signatory Members may be by voice or by written ballot solicited in accordance with section 5513 of the California Corporations Code, and Section 4.03 below.

  • Collaborative members must be approved by Signatory Members and have limited voting rights as outlined in the OCEMO Bylaws.

Related to Signatory Members

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;

  • Faculty member means any person hired by the college or District to conduct classroom or teaching activities or who is otherwise considered by the college to be a member of faculty.

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.

  • Associate Member means a person appointed to perform specific statutory and non-statutory duties which have been delegated by the Trust Board for them to perform and these duties have been recorded in an appropriate Trust Board minute or other suitable record.

  • Voting Members has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).

  • Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member.

  • Additional Members means those Members, if any, admitted to the Company after the Effective Date.

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Class B Members means the Members holding Class B Units.

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;

  • Affiliate Member means an individual who is an umpire, referee, coach or other official who is associated with the Association but who is not an Individual Member.

  • flight crew member means a licensed crew member charged with duties essential to the operation of an aircraft during a flight duty period;

  • Shareholder Representative has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Initial Member has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.

  • auxiliary member means a person (non-citizen) who has been admitted to auxiliary membership of the Teaching Service.

  • Honorary Member means an individual who has been admitted to Honorary Membership pursuant to Article 9.

  • Founding Members means the collective reference to American Multi-Cinema, Inc., a Missouri corporation, Cinemark Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Regal CineMedia Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • Shareholder Group means (i) Shareholder and (ii) any Affiliate or Shareholder Family Entity (as defined in the Shareholder's Agreement) of Shareholder (other than the Company).

  • New member means a person first employed on or after Septem- ber 1, 2005, including a former member who withdrew retirement contributions under Government Code 822.003 and is reemployed on or after September 1, 2005.

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.
