Signed by the Secured Party means that a written notice or other written instrument is signed electronically by two or more of the persons listed on ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ (each, an “Authorized Person” of the Secured Party), subject to the satisfaction of the Depositary as to authenticity of signatures in accordance with Section 5.
