Significant Capital Expenditure definition

Significant Capital Expenditure means a substantial capital expenditure for a capital improvement that does not arise as part of routine refurbishments or repairs and maintenance required pursuant to this Agreement.

Related to Significant Capital Expenditure

  • Capital Expenditure means expenditure on: a) the acquisition of land and buildings; b) the erection, enlargement, improvement or demolition of any building including fixed plant, installation, wall, fence or other structure, or any playground or hard standing;
