Silver Membership. In calculating the appropriate fee for Silver membership, please indicate below your consolidated employee headcount for the preceding fiscal year. Related to Silver Membership

  • Membership Card means a card issued by the Club to indicate membership of a Membership Scheme.

  • Principal Stockholder Transferee means any Person who acquires voting stock of the Corporation from the Principal Stockholder (other than in connection with a public offering) and who is designated in writing by the Principal Stockholder as a “Principal Stockholder Transferee.”
