Singapore Mediation Centre or “SMC” means the centre situated at 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx 0, Xxxxxxxxx 000000, and may be contacted at Tel: (00) 0000 0000, Fax: (00) 0000 0000 or such other address or contact particulars as may be notified from time to time;
Singapore Mediation Centre or “SMC” means the centre referred to in the Arbitration Rules of Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC Rules), which can be contacted at Third Level City Hall Building, St Andrews Road, Singapore 178957, Tel: (65) 332 4366, Fax: (65) 334 4940 or such other address or contact particulars as may be notified from time to time;
Singapore Mediation Centre means the Singapore Mediation Centre (or, if that organisation ceases to exist, a similar Singapore organisation nominated by the party referring the Dispute to mediation).

  • The Student and the PEI hereby agree to such procedures and to pay such fees as the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) may prescribe from time to time for the purpose of resolving their dispute.

  • Nothing in the student’s handbook or any other document provided by the PEI shall limit or restrict the Student from filing a complaint at any time with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) through the CPE Student Services Centre pursuant to Clause 5.3, or to seek other legal redress against the PEI as the Student might deem fit.

  • If both parties agree to attempt resolving the dispute through mediation, the parties agree to do so at the Singapore Mediation Centre in accordance with its prevailing prescribed form, rules and procedures.

  • Any dispute in respect of how much Course Fees have been consumed pursuant to this clause shall be referred to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) through the CPE Student Services Centre pursuant to Clause 5.4, and only in respect of such decision, the decision of the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) shall be final and binding on all parties.

  • All disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to the Singapore Mediation Centre for resolution by mediation in accordance with the Mediation Procedure for the time being in force.

  • If such efforts taken for such consultation and negotiation shall fail, then the parties may refer the matter to mediation in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Singapore Mediation Centre.

  • Industrial park means an area in a blighted or conservation area suitable for use by any manufacturing, industrial, research or transportation enterprise, of facilities to include but not be limited to factories, mills, processing plants, assembly plants, packing plants, fabricating plants, industrial distribution centers, warehouses, repair overhaul or service facilities, freight terminals, research facilities, test facilities or railroad facilities.
