Single Family Residential Parcel definition

Single Family Residential Parcel means a parcel zoned for single-family residences, whether or not developed.

More Definitions of Single Family Residential Parcel

Single Family Residential Parcel means a parcel of Developed Property within the City to which the Property Appraiser has assigned a DOR Code of 01 or 02.
Single Family Residential Parcel means any parcel of land which is improved with a dwelling unit for occupancy by a single family or a similar group of people. A “single-family residential parcel” may also be an individual dwelling, mobile home, flat or unit in a multifamily building or portion thereof for occupancy as the home, residence or sleeping place for one or more persons, provided each such dwelling, mobile home, flat or unit occupy the same parcel of land, the parcel shall be subject to charges under this chapter.
Single Family Residential Parcel means any parcel which contains one, two or three single-family units. A “duplex” is equal to two single-family units. A “triplex” is equal to three single-family units.
Single Family Residential Parcel means any lawful, residential real property parcel with its own unique assessor parcel number containing only one (1) single family residential dwelling, whether or not the single family residential dwelling is detached or whether it is attached to another single family residential dwelling with its own separate assessor parcel number.
