Single Family Residential Parcel definition

Single Family Residential Parcel means a parcel zoned for single-family residences, whether or not developed.
Single Family Residential Parcel means any parcel of land containing a single-family unit.

Single Family Residential Parcel means a parcel of Developed Property within the City to which the Property Appraiser has assigned a DOR Code of 01 or 02.
