Single work site definition

Single work site means a building or group of buildings occupied by one or more major employers which are on physically contiguous parcels of land or on parcels separated solely by private or public roadways or rights-of-way.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.
